Resistance heated two-roller equipment for development, quality control and mixing of thermoplastic resins and thermosettings. By rotating two rolls of polished and chromed surface with a digitally controlled temperature, it compresses and shears the material, thus generating the form necessary to incorporate solid or liquid fillers into the mass, rapidly transforming the desired product. Various configurations, such as: variable rotation, independent torque of the rollers, possibility to operate thermoplastics and rubbers.

The safety factor is the strongest point of this product, which is completely in line with the NR-12, because in addition to the traditional reversing system, this equipment has the rollers covered by protection grids that allow access to the rolls compressor’s area only when they are still, thus avoiding any possibility of an accident in the operation.
